The following are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

How long do subscriptions last?

Subscriptions to all courses are for one year (12 months). Your Subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged in advance of your RENEWED SUBSCRIPTION START DATE until your subscription is cancelled. You may notify us of your wish to cancel your subscription at any time at, but your cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current commitment period (all subscriptions are annual unless otherwise specified on the product page). Subscriptions will renew on the one-year anniversary of the start of your current annual subscription term and will be effective for an additional year-long term unless cancelled prior to renewal. In the event of a material change in the terms of the automatic renewal, we will provide you with notice of the material change and provide information regarding how to cancel your subscription in a manner that is capable of being retained by you. All charges are in US Dollars. Your subscription period begins on the date on which you register for the course(s) and finishes on the day before that calendar date the following period.

Free Trials

Your Subscription may start with a free trial. Terms and conditions of free trials can be found in the End User License Agreement (EULA) at At the end of your free trial, Content Enablers will automatically start to charge you for the subscription package associated with your free trial on the first day following the end of the free trial period, and continuing on a recurring monthly basis, until the end of the annual obligation. By providing your payment details in connection with a free trial registration, you agree that we can charge you as indicated the EULA accepted when you initiated your free trial period.
